How it works - 4 easy steps

1. Check if your Einhell product is still covered by warranty. To do this, you can log into your Einhell account to download the appropriate certificate for your Einhell device or Power X-Change battery under the warranty extension menu. You can also find the warranty certificate in the confirmation email we sent you when you did your warranty extension. The certificate shows the maximum warranty period. Or, simply check the purchase date on your retail proof of purchase invoice where you bought the Einhell product to see if it is still within the basic warranty period.
2. Contact the Einhell Canada Customer Service team at our service hotline 844-581-5464 Monday to Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM EST or by email at [email protected]. Please have warranty certificate and/or retail proof of purchase and Einhell product information ready to help us assist you as efficiently as possible.
3. Consult with your Einhell Canada Customer Service representative who will assist you on the next steps of your warranty claim. From the information you provide some options include returning the product to the place of purchase for exchange or credit, finding the nearest Einhell Canada service center for repair, providing you with replacement parts or issuing you a Return Goods Authorization to send the warranty product back to Einhell Canada.
4. Confirm with your Einhell Canada Customer Service representative what solution works best for your warranty claim and take the advised steps to get your Einhell product replaced, credited or repaired as rapidly as possible.
