Warranty Conditions of Einhell
All Einhell Canada Power Tools, Garden Tools and accessories have a 2 year limited warranty against mechanical and/or electrical defects in materials and/or workmanship for two years from the date of purchase by the end user for home use. This warranty can be extended by the end-user to 3 years by registering the purchase on Einhell.ca. This warranty shall only cover defects arising under normal usage.
These warranties shall only cover defects arising under normal usage, and do not cover malfunctions as a result of abuse, misuse, neglect or alteration, normal wear and tear and/or shipping damage. Inspection of tool before repair is required.
This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
Claims for repair or replacement under warranty must be accompanied by an acceptable proof of purchase indicating where and when the product was purchased.
There is no warranty claim in the following cases
- Improper use, storage, use of unsuitable operating materials.
- Wear and consequential damage (also to the motor) due to lack of maintenance, care, lubricants
- Damage to the unit due to wear and tear that is unusual or normal in use.
- Damage to the engine caused by non-observance of the installation instructions.
- In the case of Einhell Classic or Expert products used for commercial, manual or professional purposes (exception: Professional units may be used for this purpose)
*Batteries and battery packs are subject to natural wear and are designed for a limited number of cycles. Wear is particularly influenced by factors such as high loads and charging speeds (e.g. boost mode). If batteries are exposed to heat, cold, vibrations or shocks, this also has a negative effect on their wear.
